The booking and contact forms collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, organisation and practical appointment information. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, NHS numbers or other special-category personal data.
How information is used
Information is used only to respond to enquiries, assess availability and arrange interpreting services. It is not sold.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, Mailchimp processes your email address according to its own privacy terms. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.
Retention and rights
Enquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, record-keeping and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by using the contact form.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect form submissions, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
